About me

Hello there! I am happy to welcome you here. 

I am a clinical psychologist (M.Sc.) and Non-medical practitioner limited to the field of psychotherapy, currently working around the world. After finishing my studies in Hamburg, I completed training in couple and sex therapy, as well as in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). In addition to my studies, I worked as a fitness trainer in several fitness studios, during which time my interest in preventive work developed. Now I'm looking for an approach to combine my passion for sports and nutrition with my work in my online practice. My training as a yoga teacher and box therapist also helps me in this regard.

Since I love new impressions and encounters, I work with my psychological knowledge and my laptop remotely in different places at all times. This enables German-speaking people living abroad (expats, students on a semester abroad, or graduates of voluntary services) to work on their topics in their mother tongue, but also gives me the possibility to work with English-speaking folks around the world.
