My approach

As a psychologist, fitness trainer and yoga teacher, I strive for a holistic approach. In all my sessions I try to incorporate knowledge from all of these fields. For me this is a matter of course in the prevention and therapy of mental health issues. Exercise, nutrition, psychology and a conscious approach to and in nature are interwoven, the combination can have an immense influence on our constitution.

If your own resources are no longer sufficient to cope with individual stress, I would like to help you find a way out of the current crisis. I am using various methods from behavioral therapy, which are adapted to your own values and needs. Above all, I support adults and young adults in the treatment of a wide range of problems, such as fears, depressions, compulsions and stress-related issues, as well as adjustment problems after moving, changing studies or work, separation or relationship problems with your friends, family or partner.

 

In addition to cognitive-behavioral methods, I also use imaginative and mindfulness-based techniques of "Third Wave" therapy.  My attitude is always resource- and goal-oriented, person-centered and appreciative.

Obvious there is always plenty of room for a good laugh as well.
